Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the TEKA Apparels online store. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds policy, and Shipping & Delivery policy.

1. Store and products

TEKA Apparels offers apparel and related products, including made-to-order items. Product imagery is intended to represent the design and product as accurately as practical, but minor differences in color, placement, or appearance can occur because of screens, materials, production processes, and garment sizing.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable fulfillment, invalid shipping information, or other operational or legal reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be returned through the available payment process.

3. Prices and payment

Prices, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes shown at checkout apply to the transaction. Prices can change for future orders without notice. Payment must be completed using a method made available at checkout.

4. Made-to-order production

Many TEKA products are produced after an order is placed. Because production can begin shortly after checkout, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production starts.

5. Shipping

Shipping destinations, rates, and available methods are determined at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. International orders can be subject to customs procedures and destination-specific charges. Please review the Shipping & Delivery page for additional details.

6. Returns, refunds, and quality issues

Our Returns & Refunds page explains eligibility and the process for damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or apparently lost orders. Made-to-order products are generally not returnable or exchangeable for buyer's remorse or an incorrectly selected size, color, or product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Product information and sizing

Please review the product description, available size information, and order details before purchasing. You are responsible for selecting the intended product and size unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, TEKA names, original artwork, product designs, written content, branding, and store materials are owned by or licensed to TEKA Apparels. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt to interfere with store security or operation; or misuse content, accounts, checkout, or payment functions.

10. Third-party services

The store relies on third-party services for functions such as ecommerce infrastructure, payments, fulfillment, and shipping. Their service availability and technical operation can affect the store and order processing.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEKA Apparels is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Governing framework

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Indonesia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in their place of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, operations, technology, or legal requirements. The version published on the store applies from its stated or published update date.
