Production & Shipping

TEKA apparel is produced on demand. Production time and delivery time are separate: your order is first prepared for fulfillment and then handed to a shipping carrier.

Shipping availability

Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout based on the delivery address, product, and fulfillment location. If no shipping option is offered for an address, we are currently unable to deliver that order to that destination through the available fulfillment route.

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and any available delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier operations, customs, local delivery conditions, and peak periods.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes, or other import charges depending on the destination. Unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise, any destination-specific charges assessed outside the checkout may be the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

When tracking information is provided by the fulfillment or shipping provider, it will be associated with the order and may be sent through Shopify's order notifications.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an address is incorrect, incomplete, or the package is unclaimed.

Delivery problems

If a package appears lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact sahamgorengancuan@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. For apparent loss in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
